I know of a Man
I know of a Man
He came from a faraway land
He was honest and gentle
In His thick ragged mantle
He had no beauty
And men found Him guilty
He had always stood for peace
And wished pain would cease
He loved a world who hated Him
And sort to tune His light dim
On His shuddering shoulders, He carried their burden
Through a cold, dusty street under heaven
On His back were gory strips of ailments
Ailments of a world full of resentment
But like a sheep, His mouth was shut
He knew He was humanity's final shot
For Redemption
And Salvation
His name is Jesus Christ
A savior from time past
Who in the present is still the same
Healing the blind and lame
What a beautiful name he has?
What a Wonderful name he has?
What a Powerful name he has?
A Name that will save at last.
