This dream started out in a bar with my brother, a few of his friends and his narcissistic girlfriend.

I thought this strange and told him not to go, but his girlfriend insisted to him that they go. I said I'm not going, but followed out of sight to a large Victorian era mansion. A while after they went in I kicked in the side door. And found my grandma sitting there playing the word searches that she always used to.
My step sister then walked in and 'said here grandma, take your pills' then stuffed a bunch of pills in her mouth and smashed her head in. She didn't see me at this point and I ran up and grabbed her head, twisted, and...
