A very serious cause nowadays.

______A brief info about PCOD___

so before getting started hope you are all doing well and leading a good life. now -days Health became a wealth.but we are not able to save ourselves .but we are trying hard to comeout of this dreadful situation.

But during this times the one most major health issue came out in almost 65% of females or I can say girls .it is none other than PCOD (poly cystic ovarian disease )or PCOS
(poly cystic ovarian syndrome)

So now let me explain what it is
Def:: pcod is nothing but formation of cysts (small bubbles )in ovaries.
which causes infertility and weight gain , prone to diabetes , thyroid etc.

CAUSES::
*stress
*lifestyle
*lack of exercise
*use of plastic
*food habbit
*pollution
*late night working
*environmental changes together leads to
"Harmonal imbalance ".
so pcos in general terms can be determined as increased testosterone levels in bodies of females which causes harmonal imbalance.

Generally both males and females both have testosterone and estrogen harmones .but levels of male harmone testosterone is more in males and comparatively high estrogen levels in females but in pcos condition alters in females ..

SYMPTOMS::
*Weight gain.
*irregular periods .
*heavy flow.
*spotting (light colour than normal blood and persists a long time)
*hirudism(hair growth on face, excessive hair growth)
*depression.
*sucidial tendencies.
*irritation.
*Anger issues.

TREATMENT::
when you visit a gynecologist
you are given birth control pills
(contraceptives). Steroids (artificial estrogen) but they won't help for sure as temporary treatment don't work we need to treat the roots of it to get rid of it.

REMEDIES:::

📌(avoid milk and dairy products)
📌 avoid sweets and sugar completely
📌Include sprouts in breakfast
I mean only sprouts in breakfast as they help to maintain balance of harmones
📌you can take curd and butter milk
📌 Avoid junk food
📌 Reduce content of salt and oil
📌 lunch should include 50 %of Raw vegetables and 50% roti or rice and sabzi or curry.
📌take fruits in night dinner that's enough
📌30min of exercise daily
📌 spend 15 min in moon light
📌 9_6 sleeping time
📌 butterfly pose in yoga helps a lot. 📌 green tea is ok
📌 Green leafy vegetables are must in diet
📌 soaked dry fruits in early morning.
📌have fruit or vegetable juice daliy twice
📌 say no to all idlee ,dosa,pasta,maggi, fries , sweets, vada,oily dishes etc .it will s boon to resolve normal Balance immediately .you can take on Sunday or when u feel but 2 months u avoid for guarantee results.
📌loose your weight its most important.

DIET PLAN:::::
MORNING::: before 11
📌Soaked nuts
📌Juice(any fruit juice or mix equal amount of caroot, beetroot,keera,add lemon juice and honey and grind and take juice )
📌sprouts
u can boil and toss by adding onions ,cumin,oil,salt,chilles,and lemon as break fast
📌 Ample amount of water
📌30min excercise for sure

LUNCH:::12_1between
📌 Roti with no oil
📌Sabzi of your choice and green leafy curry is must
📌one bowl of curd is ok
📌 salad of vegetables is must.
📌Take green tea to improve metabolism.

SNACKS 4_5 between
📌juice is must any type no market juices containing artificial sweeteners📌fruits and nuts
📌 you can add sprouts too.

DINNER:::::9 below

📌1 Roti is ok
📌 any light sabzi
📌fruits are the best option for breakfast .

and now walk for atleast 30 min and have a good sleep.
