The rise 1.3 billion people.
India gained her independence on 15th August 1947 from the British Empire. The country was fully devastated because of the colonization. with more than 90% of population living below the poverty line. And the literary rate was below 18%.The average life expectancy was below 35.with this poor statistic one could imagine how this country is going to function and sustain itself. there were lots of experts around the world at that time were saying that this country could not even remain a country. But after all the humiliation India slowly started gaining economic development. after 1990 India opened the economy to the rest of the world. And today the country which was a poster child for third world poverty is now the 5th largest economy with $3.202 trillion (nominal; 2020 est.) and $11.321 trillion (PPP; 2020 est.)
GDP rank 5th (nominal; 2019) 3rd (PPP; 2019).In the decade between 2005 and 2016, India lifted 27 crore people out of extreme poverty—more than the combined population of Congo, Uganda, Iraq, Venezuela, Australia and Italy. The aspiration and the dreams of 1.3 billion people is becoming a reality. India is the country which is home to almost all the religion .And a country which has more than 1000 plus language. the country which was humiliated at past is now the investment capital of the world. The dream of billion plus people is now becoming the reality.
The country which is home to a ll the religion of the world and the birthplace of budha, Mahatma Gandhi and other great leaders and spiritual leaders. India is the country when you visit even once you will feel like not to go from this country.
