The origami flamingo called Laffy-Taffy that made cotton candy and blew bubblegum
Once upon a time, I-Joel had crossed paths with Riley Noon who is a Texan actress, model, singer and volleyball player in the pen-pal world due to vortex appearing and out of it an origami stork flew with Joel who shape-shifted as a paper doll, and after the delivery of an encouraging message they became para-social friends. Meanwhile, during the remainder of the time that the vortex stayed open, there was an origami flamingo named Laffy-Taffy that spurred up cotton candy whenever it twirled it's long legs and blew bubblegum out of water whenever it's long neck and heavy bent bill is held upside down in water and it laughed (no one knows how that's possible as all they knew it was caused by radioactive DNA from animal experiments at Area-51) that drifted out of the vortex before it shut.

And so, everyday Joel and Riley would use their windpipes to develop humor with Laffy-Taffy - the flamingo for their neighbors who were in a freakish of a ruth predicament of seeing their homes strangely be set on fire because of that, they ran with the flamingo to go find a lake of water to turn it into a breath of bubblegum and returned to the homes to pop it together; as it blew out the fire on each house. Until went all over the place, including tickling Laffy-Taffy pink and the flamingo pecked at Joel and Riley because of that, they undergo mutation. In effect the flamingo's radioactive DNA had a clash with the DNA of Joel and Riley, thus transmogrified them together.

Until finally, swash superheroes Joel and Riley became called Rijoly-Laffy-Taffy with superpowers of manipulating emotions, turning liquids into solid objects, enhancing life energy, seeing fires before they start, super breath, and super balance that went along with creating bubblegum and cotton candy; to cause anything to be caught up in a bubble and be blown away laughing, tickled pink. And so they went on to create some On-Fleek superhero costumes that looks like a steampunk athletic outfit designed in red, pink, white, and yellow. Their emblem is displayed on their belt buckle. It also includes a hood and a pair of goggles.

Thus, Joel and Riley with Laffy-Taffy - the flamingo as a team worked a town carnival, doing freakish acts of spinning cotton candy with their legs by day and fought the vigilantes that would spring up in the city at night, by blowing them into bubble from the bubblegum they created from water that made them float away in laughter into white good that entangled them in popped sticky gum; to teach them a valuable lesson that shows you how "you shouldn't go sticking you head where it shouldn't be, blowing things out of whack, it might get stuck in it's own filth". And together, they worked with the law enforcement and firefighters to make the paper world a better place thereafter.
