For those who don't know what nepotism means, nepotism refers to illegally supporting your family members, dragging them onto higher posts. Nowadays it is very common that few seats are reserved for few families. Generations from generations are used to of sitting their without even earning it. Most of them are not qualified enough but no one can do anything because their parents are big names. Nepotism means if you are a political leader your leadership must continue in your offsprings such mindsets lead to the destruction of many industries. Nepotism exists every where around the globe. The rich favour their children and easily get their higher posts because of the influence they have. Everyone wants their children to be successful human beings. Due to nepotism the children of thr poor are neglected and are left empty handed whereas the star kid gets it without even working hard for it. Nepotism must be considered a crime and the ones doing it must be chained. Law is equal for everyone and so are opportunities.
