Chapter 2

Days passed, and Sarrah never spoke of the incident again. Our love for each other remained strong, but I couldn't help feeling uneasy. Every time she left the house, I was filled with fear and stayed up all night, waiting for her to return.

One day, when I came home from work, I found Sarrah sitting on the couch, staring into space. She looked up and met my gaze, a strange emotion flickering in her eyes. I knew something was wrong.

Sarrah, what happened? I asked, fear gripping at my heart.

She looked towards me and said the words that rocked my world: Owen, Im leaving you.

My heart shattered into a million pieces as I looked at her in disbelief. We had been through everything together. How could she leave me like this? But she did, and there was nothing I could do to stop her.

Suddenly, all the love I had felt for her turned into an intense hate. I was filled with anger towards her, and a burning desire for revenge.
