Today my brother hurt my knee,it was his exam pad,it fell on my knee from a high place. It pained much,i cried,he was apologizing me saying it fell by mistake. i was crying with pain, while soothing me,all he was doing was apologizing and making it clear that it fell by him unconsciously. In this moment,i learned about human nature, when someone is hurt by you all we want is our apology granted,once we get that ,we move on. But the person who is hurt suffers,he has to suffer silently till the wound heals!The person becomes okay!! Never say "its okay!" to someone's apology till it really is okay!
