DELIVERANCE FROM BATTLES IN THE SPIRITUAL REALM
DELIVERANCE FROM BATTLES IN THE SPIRITUAL
REALM
Apostle Francis Musili.
Edited by Pst Kiogora, Eliud.
2 Corinthians 10:3,4
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Spiritual warfare or Spiritual battle is a phrase you might hear some Christians use, but the truth is many people do not fully know what it is, or what to do about it. In this topic we will be answering all the above, by getting its meaning and how to do it. One way to explain spiritual warfare is by comparing it to physical war. Historical battles were often about controlling territory for political or economic power. Spiritual warfare is the battle for control over people’s souls.
The apostle Paul has written extensively about spiritual warfare and battles in the spiritual realm.
The book of Ephesians 6:12 is a popular scripture that most of us are conversant with...we wrestle not against fresh and blood.
Men and brethren, this expressly tells us that there are battles to be won, in the spiritual, so that they can be manifested in the physical.
There are several realms of the spirit that we must raid, subdue, plunder and recover.
There are aspects of our personal heavens that have been in captivity, our abilities, dreams, potential, families, ministries, careers, wealth.
The Bible teaches us that we were created to have DOMINION OVER ALL CREATION.

Genesis 1:28
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

The problem, friends, is that we have lost this mandate, and we feel things are normal.
It cannot be normal to accept this. Every Christian believer must arise and recover every territory that the devil and his agents had stolen from us.
We have been taught from the courtship of our parents through various topics how things are not the way they seem.

The time is now, men and brethren, to arise and put on the whole armor of God and get offensive against every satanic invasion of our rightful kingdom.
The devil has been subdued by the covenant of the blood of Jesus Christ.

Job 20:15 says
15 He hath swallowed down riches, and he shall vomit them up again: God shall cast them out of his belly.
It is time to cause the devil to vomit our ministry, children, families, health, careers, promotions, destinies in Jesus Name.
If you have chosen to begin a personal relationship with God, then you know that you have asked Him to be in control of your life. But part of you wants to take back control and continues to put up an internal fight. You might even feel like there is a battle going on inside your mind some of the time. Do you have days when you struggle to believe what the Bible says about God, or about you? That’s completely natural. But lies — especially subtle ones — are one of the enemy’s favourite tactic.
The Bible teaches that three forces are battling with God for ownership of your heart: the world, the flesh and the devil. Thankfully, God is stronger than all of them. Societies and cultures in the world encourage people to think and act in certain ways. Some elements of every society or culture can point you toward Jesus, some are neither good nor bad, and some directly conflict with your ability to follow Jesus and maintain a strong connection with God. The things a culture values — whatever it focuses its attention on — are usually a clear indicator of the position God’s commandments are given in it.

1 John 2:16
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

Although the influence of the world around you is very real, you also need to be aware that the struggle to turn away from God can come from within you from your own sin and your own desires. The apostle Paul, who helped spread the early church as a missionary and wrote much of the New Testament, struggled with his flesh. He gave us a great picture of what this struggle felt like:
Romans 7:21-23
I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

The devil and spiritual warfare
Ultimately, the devil has already been defeated by what Jesus did when He died on the cross. Jesus’ resurrection from the dead demonstrates that He won the victory over death. But the devil wants to blind people to the truth of what Jesus has done. The devil’s attempts to send us off course in our relationship with God go right back to the beginning of the human story. He was the author of the first temptation humankind faced. The temptation of Adam and Eve, which we read about in Genesis 3, provides a clear picture of what you can expect from the devil:
1. He is more crafty than any wild animal.
2. He comes alongside you pretending to be an ally.
3. He deceives you by trying to bend the truth God speaks to you.
4. He tries to plant doubts in your mind about the things God has said.
5. He wants you to think God is restricting you when in reality He is protecting you.
6. He encourages you to rebel against God by telling you that you deserve to be the ultimate authority of Your life.
7. He uses your pride and your sense of shame to turn you against others.
Be mindful that our enemy, the devil, is real. He is single-minded and dangerous, so be wise in how you conduct your warfare with him. If you follow Jesus, God has given you incredible resources by placing the Holy Spirit within you, but you need to resist letting your pride tempt you to try to fight the enemy on your own.

James 4:7
Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you

The Christian life is a battle. Spiritual warfare is real; angels are real; Satan is real. As the sworn enemy of our Saviour, Satan’s greatest desire is to turn people away from Christ through his lies and deceit. For a Christian to function as if this is not a reality is a recipe for spiritual disaster.

TODAY’S WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE

In my book, “The Jehu Anointing”. 2019, Edition, I have spoken extensively about what has been happening in the lives of so many people, and how to deal with forces that have been causing so much pain and devastation to them.
The war today isn’t against flesh and blood, but against spiritual entities and personalities; the weapons we are to use aren’t carnal but spiritual and they are mighty through God.

Ephesians 6:12
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

The physical arrows, spears and swords were the weapons of old, of yesteryears.
We needn’t slaughter witches with knives today, but with the sword of our tongue.
Arise, Christian friend, take up your Jehu anointing and reclaim your inheritance.

What happens when christians arises and fight?

Today is the day to arise and fight. Lets believe for God to deliver the devil into our hands. Below are our objectives of reclaiming this spiritual realm.
People Turn back to God.
Read 1Kings 18:38,9
38 Then the fire of the LORD fell, and consumed the burnt sacrifice, and the wood, and the stones, and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
39 And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces: and they said, The LORD, he is the God; the LORD, he is the God.
Disasters are stopped or avoided in one ‘s life. 2Chronicles 34:27- 8
Curses are broken. Zechariah 3:6-10
Agents of the devil are crushed. Numbers 31:8
Bulders od demonic alters are stopped permanently. Deuteronomy 12:3
The righteous get to prosper. 2Chronicles 26:4-7
The land is cured of demonic pollution. Numbers 35:33
Children have a future. Exodus 20:5-6
The spiritual atmosphere becomes clear. 2 Kings 23:4-5
Oppression comes to an end. Judges 6:2-6
Do not belittle yourself, believer. A handful of spiritual stones and a good old spiritual sling is good enough to bring down and all Goliath in your life.
We have the promises of our Lord and redeemer, He has assured us that He will neither leave us nor forsake us.

Matthew 28:18-20
18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

What Can Christians Do To Resist the Devil?
It’s important for believers to remember that our ability to resist the devil should not be viewed in isolation. There are things that must happen in our hearts before, during, and after we resist. Here are some practical ways that we can resist the devil:
Take stock of your own sinful desires. Do you have deeply-held desires and cravings that produce relational tension and conflict when they aren’t fulfilled? Realize that the devil has you right where he wants you. Repent of those sinful desires and ask God for the grace to love him more than yourself.
Compare God’s Word to your own lifestyle. Satan is the father of lies. So often we fall prey to those lies without knowing it (“God just wants me to be happy,” “I deserve better than this,” “Money will solve all my problems,” “I can handle this on my own”). We need a regular dose of God’s Truth in our lives so that we can clearly discern truth from error. Pick up your Bible and see if you’re living it or ignoring it.
Don’t be casual in your Christianity. Satan is a master deceiver, and his tactics won’t always be obvious. Don’t think that you can cruise through life, picking and choosing when to follow God, and think that you can escape Satan’s attacks. Put on the Armor of God before Satan’s attacks; don’t wait until you’re in the thick of battle in the spiritual realm.
