Parcel to fulfill your wish
#WritcoStoryPrompt1
The parcel that had arrived today, contained an old key and a list of instructions to use it.Rashi smiled as she was opening it.She even received a parcel a day before, which contained a lock. The parcels had been coming from a place called'Happy Land'.The parcel that she received a day before, had a letter in it, which said 'Hey Rashi! We the staff of Happy Land are happy to give you our magical merchandise that too free of cost! This is a lock that we are sending it to you today in this parcel! But!But! But! You would have to wait till tomorrow to know about what magic this merchandise is gonna do!Keep smiling.'

Rashi's Happiness knew no boundaries, she was very excited to experience Magic in her life.
And that was the reason of her happiness when she was opening the parcel which had arrived today.
The letter in the parcel said'Hey Rashi! This parcel contains a key to the lock given to you yesterday, when you open the lock with this key and after that ask for a wish,it would come true! But!There is a condition! The wish you asked for will get fulfilled but the magic will only last for 24 hours. After that the magic would disappear and the fulfillment of your wish would disappear.'

For another person this parcel would have given happiness but not too a very great extent as it would last for only 24 hours. But Rashi's was extremely overjoyed as she received the parcel. She had her singing competition today in her college. She was fully prepared for it as she had practiced many times. And was confident, not fully, partially. The reason for Rashi's Partial confidence was her competitor Sneha. They both sang really well. But it could somewhere be noticed that though Rashi was a fabulous singer, and her voice touched everyone's heart, Sneha was bit more better than her when it came to singing high notes, which eventually resulted into her better performance. And the only Thing Rashi was nervous and tensed about was Sneha and her performance during the competition, as even she was taking part in it.Rashi anyhow wanted to win the competition.

And now she had this amazing chance to win the competition,as she had a chance to wish for a thing.

So she did it! She opened the lock with the key and asked for her wish. And very confidently went and performed in the competition. Her performance was appreciated by the judges and she was asked to wait for the results.Even Sneha's performance had went very well.
And finally the Results were announced!Rashi happiness knew no boundaries when she got to know that she had won the competition. And had defeated Sneha.

She went towards Sneha and in not a very pleasing tone She said,"You need more practice friend! Nothing else! Don't be sad,Better Luck next time!"
To this Sneha in a very gentle tone replied,"Oh Dear! I'm not sad, actually I'm happy that you won! For winning a game wasn't important to me!I know that I had given my best! And why would I be sad when my classmate has won the competition.Important thing is that Someone has made our class make feel proud by winning the competition, Doesn't matter if it's you or me.I wish more and success and happiness to you dear! Keep smiling lovely!"
And she left,Rashi was feeling quite ashamed, for how rude she behaved with her and wished for her failure and on the contrary Sneha wished for more happiness and success in her life.
She realized how unpleasantly she treated her.
The next day she approached her and said,'Hey!Will you come to my house for lunch today?'
Sneha happily agreed and they now became best of friends.

So it's the matter of love and respect we have for each other, wishing someone's happiness will never make you sad,but wishing something bad for someone will surely sadden you.Not immediately but surely after sometime.
Just because someone is better than us, doesn't mean we should have envy for him/her,rather we should appreciate for how beautifully God had blessed each one of us! And we should never forget that imperfections are a part of us and we are incomplete without them!
So have love and respect for every living creature.
