True love could be given by God.If someone understands God's true love,he/she won't search it anywhere.True love has no expectations.God showers his love to us without any expectations.People those who understand this fact don't show any interest to marry as they realized the meaning of true love much before.People those who don't understand that kind of love,marry and get children.The love that they shower on their own children is true love.That love has no expectations.Our purpose in this worldly existence is to find true love.It can be given by God and parents.Some people realize God very soon.Some people take time to realize Him.They marry,get children and realize true love through their children.Both category of people are there in this world and we can't blame anyone because even to realize God,we need the grace of God.
