There are two categories of leaders: The first are those who truly understand why they want to lead and what they intend to achieve for the well-being of the people who gave them the opportunity to serve. The second are those whose primary desire is to occupy leadership positions and do whatever pleases them at the expense of the people because they have been given authority.

The primary responsibility of every leaders is to diligently and passionately serve their people, make life meaningful for them and ultimately improve their standard of living. I agree that achieving that is difficult and demanding. But if the leader demonstrates humility and a cooperative spirit, he will get maximum supports from the people and nothing will impossible to achieve. No one will support you when you don't care about his well-being or future.

If serving is below you, leadership is beyond you.
If your personal interests take priority over the interests of your people, leadership is beyond you.
If your words and actions cannot be trusted by your people, leadership is beyond.
If past generations have no course to celebrate you as a leader and your current generation is hopeless about the future because you happen to be their leader, then leadership is beyond you.
