When I was young, I always wanted to grow up one day earlier
Even if it was just one day earlier
In the eyes of a child
Adults are really powerful

No matter what they say or do
In the eyes of a child
It's like the emperor's decree.
It's like an imperial decree

And a child can only do what he's told.
He can't make up his own mind.
He's like a servant or even a slave.
I don't know how to describe the pain in my heart.

In fact, it's not necessarily all bitterness.
Because children have their own joys.
A child's innocent nature
They can let their imaginations run wild and sing Albatross.

"Flyers from all over the world
Day and night they never stop
In their boundless fantasies
A child can be the master of everything

He can be an emperor, a king, a general
Or a ghost or a god or a goddess
Or the happiest man in the world.
Or an all-knowing, all-powerful magician.

The pains and joys of childhood
They're too far away from me.
I'm not that kid anymore.
I'm no longer that kid. I'm just full of thoughts and thoughts about my life.

小时候总希望早一天长大
哪怕是早一天也好
在孩童的眼里
成年人真是威风八面

无论说话做事
在一个小孩眼里
那就叫做一个不容置疑
就像皇帝的圣旨

而小孩子只能言听计从
跟本不可以有自己的主意
显得就像一个仆人甚至是一个奴隶
这份心里的苦啊不知该如何说

其实也不一定全部是苦
因为小孩子也有自己的乐
小孩子天真无邪的天性
可以由着自己的想象力去唱信天游

天南地北双飞客
日里夜里不停留
在无边的幻想中
小孩子可以是一切的主人翁

可以是皇帝国王大将军
也可以是鬼是神是上帝
或者是世界最快乐的人
再或者是一个无所不知无所不能的魔法大师

童年的苦与乐
实在离自己太久太远了
如今的自己已经不再是那个小孩
有的只是满腹的思虑一脸的春秋
