My Call To Ministry
My childhood in the 80s
I have lived all my life as a boy whose mother was dedicated to God. She walks in the ways of God. My mother through the power of the Holy ghost have destroyed the festival of the gods of food and harvest in my home town. A Spiritual serpent bit her when she violated the laws of the deity, but she survived the attack, by the power in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. She trained me and my siblings in the ways of the Lord, but I was a twin to a girl, and she's gone to rest with the Lord Almighty.
My Wife, Success
Though I and Success stayed long with each other before we got married, for God has always wanted us to be together as husband and wife. It was confirmed in a night vision when God appeared to me in 2017. The sky turned red and a face as metal appeared in heaven and said " That is the only choice you have left. “ He spoke this after when Success just left my presence then I replied " Father, is that you?” He echoed back with same thundering voice " Yes, it is l!” And I asked do I leave her, but he never replied. Everything fadedout as I woke up. Then, I knew she was my wife truly. We got married in 2020.
My Call To Ministry
I have had so many encounters with the Lord our God who have loved me right from the days when I was in my mother's womb to this very day. He has shown me great compassion and love, just to reconcile me to Himself, because He has a divine purpose and call for me. My story of ministry was like the combination of Gideon and Jonah. It is like Gideon because I was afraid to face the world and countless times I asked God to confirm his calling in my life. Many times I will asked God to do one thing or the other just confirmed His calling. My calling is compared to that of Jonah, because I never wanted to do the job God has employed me to do. One day in a vision, but it wasn't truly a dream. It was in the day, and I was only having my rest, then I saw myself in a congregation of people and I was standing at the middle of the crowd on a pulpit, and I was preaching: I guess, for I was not hearing myself but the voice that spoke to me " I called you to start your own ministry. “ That was in 2016.
In 2018, 4th November at exactly 11:15am, I was watching Faith On Fire program. It is usually a yearly program held by faith TV South Africa. Dr. Andrea, the owner of the TV and the host of the revival program came on stage and said while I was sitting down, God has told me to impact power to you. “ He was pointing to a UK minister sitting at the front sit of the congregation, as I was watching, he touched the man and prayed and the minister fell on the floor shaking, I heard a voice through the words of knowledge and it said " stand up and receive it. “ I stood up and raised my hands with my eyes closed. And that was all I could remember, and I was on the ground shaking with words of fire out of my mouth and it was echoing then I heard another word of knowledge from within me. " I am the Lord thy God, I called you to serve me! “ Then spoke a little tongues again and it all died down and I recovered myself. My ears hurt. I felt the pain in throat, because it came out very loud. I penned it down as I was told by the Holy Spirit to do.
I am Blessed as a CLI Student
I am most blessed as a student of CLI. I am going to school without debt or school fees. I owe all the glory to God, Almighty. What more can I say. His word is true. His word is yes. “The LORD makes poor and rich; He brings low, He also exalts. He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap To make them sit with nobles, And inherit a seat of honour; For the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, (1Sam.2:7-8)
You are a just God. He who is righteous in His judgement. I worship you for bringing me to CLI. David Feddes's lectures have been a blessing in my life. President Henry Reyegan has impacted me with great wisdom. For The Psalms said the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. At CLI, I have achieved three Awards already. The Christian Leaders Connection Award, Christian Basics Award and the Christian Ministry Award. I am now pursuing a Bachelor of Ministry Degree in CLC, and I am hoping to get ordained at CLA. Glory be to the Lord, Amen!
