No matter how long the king of the jungle lives in the wild, he eventually dies miserably and alone. This is the world we live in.

At its peak and majesty, it reigns, hunts, catches, devours other animals. He leaves the scraps for the hapless hyenas. Age also comes at a faster pace.

An old lion cannot hunt, kill, or defend itself. Once, he is overthrown from his harem by younger male lions, he will roam and roar sadly until he runs out of luck against a pack of ferocious hyenas. The scavengers, he once scared off his prey, now, surround him on the vast green Masai Mara plains. The hyenas and vultures will dismember and devour him alive.

Life is short and power is ephemeral. Physical beauty is a fleeting dream, just like the life of the king of the jungle. We all age and become vulnerable. At some point, we become weak and fragile.

Therefore, let us be humble and help the sick, the weak, and the vulnerable people in our communities. It is important to remember who we are and what we stand for.

One day, we will leave the stage, and the surly bonds of earth. Life is a precious gift from God. Let us bless those in need. We are the authors of our destiny.
