originally from Maharashtra, or we also / we should say mumbai's identity.
I mean ..... Why ??
Just imagine if vada pav was my friend , i would have asked him that what is it dude that makes you so famous? what is your secret recipe?........, well every one out there is having a method of making their own vada pav , some with just turmeric ,salt , chilly or some with ginger garlic and much more . The most amazing thing is whichever way or whatever ingredients you put in it the end result is always gonna be ........Wow........And when that wow comes out your hunger your satisfaction your love for that vada pav is fulfilled .
we can also say for some people vada pav is an orgasm.
WHAT IS IT: a pav ( flat bread)and vada means deep fried mash potato fritters containing different spices and many like me likes their vada pav with chutney on their pav ,
laal chutney( red chutney)
Hari chutney ( green chutney)and also that left over fried besan choora😍😍
WHY VADA PAV?: yes of course you can eat it while walking ,standing in that crowded place where many like you are waiting to have there vada pav or sitting in front of your TV having it by enjoying your favorite movie or sports or even on a date . Yes ..Lel me tell you all who lives in maharashtra let vada pav be the eye witness for your happiness your sorrow everything. There are many people who likes to celebrate there happiness some of those people also go for vada pav for the same reason also some share there one vada pav to express their love and for some vada pav is only the thing to fill there empty stomach .
No one holds right on it even worlds richest personality could eat it by standing near the poor guy who dont even know that what is gonna be their in dinner? so basically it connects us to other people
WHO INTRODUCE WADA PAV? : Mr Ashok Vaidya if founder of vada pav , the same thing was there before but only in the form of vada which Mr vaidya use to sell it in front of dadar station during his early days then he realize that how peoples are busy ,racing for everything ..Standing and eating that vada which makes the finger oily and that fingers can accidently get rubbed to uniforms and many other problems so he introduce pav to it which can hold a good grip on that vada and also pav helps to get rid of hunger many times with vada.
So there are many things about it many vendors are selling it at half price only for school students and many of them had founded a gourmet style of serving vada pav,
So as i say there is no problem serving it different way , the thing is vada pav is an emotion here in maharashtra and those who loves it .
So keep it traditional because thats necessary and grab your self a vada pav .....
