In a society where women were supposed to be sensitive and nurturing and men were supposed to be strong and insensitive , imagine the idea of a male rape. No one will accept it. Just like martial rape isn't a thing in most countries , male rape isn't one either. Take into consideration the fact that so many countries and remote countries still believe in the masculinity of men. It is and must be extremely hard to report a sexual assault towards a male , in a society with the "men are superior" custom.
