A glimpse of my future
It was wrong and all was his fault!How could he raise his voice at me?
I currently had an argument with my close friend Bryan. He had been really mean to me,he got a misunderstanding that I threw his school notebooks in the lake .But it wasn't me ,he couldn't just blame me because I was standing there .
It was noon time the park was all empty .I was sitting on a bench angry over him. But after some time I tried to calm myself, I could clearly hear the chirping of birds as the breeze was almost soothing. My eyes felt heavy as I fall asleep.
After sometime ,I woke up to a young man shaking me gently. It took me sometime to came into my senses and realized that everything had changed. The park, the lake and the bench!
"Are you lost ?"The young man asked."Where am I?"I asked all confused.
"We are at a park in _____"He replied.
I sat down on the bench again as I was feeling tired.The young man asked if I need some help. I tried to explain him my situation but it looks like that I am just making it more complex. We shared our names-
"My name is Bryan"He said "and I am 24" he added.
"My friend has the same name, what a coincidence "I said .
"Is he a close friend of yours?"He asked "Yes but we got into a misunderstanding and he had been really mean to me "I replied with a sigh.
"You should try to explain it to him about it" He advised.
"I think you need it" He said as he pulled a necklace out from his pocket and stretched it out to me.
"How could I just take it?It belongs to you" I replied .
"My wife gave it to me long ago when our friendship was in a danger , and I am sure it will help you too" He said as gave me the necklace. I put it in my pocket and thanked him. We talked and I figured out that he was a really nice fellow, we had a really nice time sharing our thoughts and lifestyle.
He asked me to stay there while he will get something to eat. He got up and hurried down the path as he drifted away from my sight.
I sat there , my stomach and head was making me feel uneasy .I tried to stand up , but I tripped and fell down.
My eyes opened to somebody 's brown ones. It was Bryan, my friend. I stood up as I was back in the same park ,it was dark and the sun was going to set.
It must be a dream ,I thought as I sighed.
Bryan found me while he was walking in park and found me asleep on the bench.
He pulled me into a hug as he apologized. I was relieved but I could felt something in my pocket. I reached to it and pulled out the same necklace, it took me sometime to realize what had happened and I smiled .
I took Bryan's hand and gave him the necklace. He stared at me with a confused look.
"You will need it in the future, Believe me"
