Candles have something magical about them.
Either they create suspense or they create Romance. In my case, the latter was much more prominent.
Candle Light helps in comforting two people meeting for the first time and help in relaxing the air of hesitation around them.

I sat there staring at her, and she was sitting right across the table.
Words were less but still, our glances exchanged a thousand words.

"Wanna go on to the rooftop"? I asked. "Its too many people here".
"Sure," she said and smiled as I held out my hand and helped her get up.

The rooftop was much more peaceful and with the cold wind blowing, it was even more satisfying.

I stood near the railing and her hand rested on mine as we stood on the edge, looking at the lake in front of us with the drive-in areas around it glowing like a necklace.

The winds blew fast and her hand slipped in mine hugging it tightly to avoid the cold winds.
Just as I turned towards her, as I took off my coat and covered her with it to protect her from those chilly winds, her hands slipped onto my neck and hugged me tightly.

Her cold yet soft hands felt like velvet running on my skin. I was too surprised to move and the scent of her Musk perfume was soothing enough to make my head rest upon her shoulders as her fingers ran in my hairs.
I reciprocated the hug and felt our beats synchronize with every passing minute.
