Anger -1
Ram! Ram! Pranam! Now a days anger is griping its clutches on us specially, teenagers. In Ramcharitmanas, there is a line : KRODH KI DVAITBUDDHI BINU; क्रोध कि द्वैतबुद्धि बिनु. First time I listened in the Katha of Moraribapu, Talgajrada, Mahuva. Then I read, and worked on it. It is really amazing to say that the reason of anger does not lie outside. It is inside. It is clear. Generally we become angry, when something does not happen according to our wish! Right! When we get unexpected or unlike person, place, thing or thought, we become angry. May be we don't show outside as it is called Passive Anger. The reason we can't control being angry, is our excessive attachment towards our liking person, place, thing or thought. We are attached to the things more than required. Failure is not the reason for anger, excessive attachment towards success is the reason for anger. Insult is not the reason but excessive liking of Praise is the reason for anger. Because at that time ego hurts. Here is the root cause. You may see there are people in the world who can remain calm and cool even in the highest success and worst failure because they are working without ego. Ego does not let us accept the reality of the world. Joys and sorrow, profit and loss, praise and insult are the two sides of a coin. Either we should accept both or we can avoid both. I know neither is easy. But if you practice what is hard, and if you don't practice what is easy. So we will have to learn to ACCEPT the natural occurrence. We will have to learn to do EGO FREE WORK. In today's world Ego free life is utmost necessary to live with PEACE, LOVE & JOY. Think sincerely Ram! Ram! Pranam!
