An Open Letter To Those Who Feel Helpless
An open letter to those who feel helpless:

I know there are times in life when the weight of your emotions becomes so heavy that no matter how hard you try, you can’t find the words to express them. You carry this burden silently, unable to articulate the whirlwind of emotions within, so you put on a smile, act like everything is going according to plan, and carry on with your daily routine as if everything is going smoothly. You convince those around you that you still have things under control but not. Deep inside, everything feels like a mess. A lot of things are crumbling, and bridges are burning. You don’t know what to do anymore. It’s not that you don’t want to share your pain with those who care. You actually want to share what you’re going through, but something’s holding you back. I guess it’s the fear of taking too much of their time, or maybe you’re afraid that they’ll be overwhelmed as well with what you are going through, and you don’t want them to carry your burden. Sometimes, you also don’t understand the things that are happening, and even if you want to share them, you don’t know where or how to start. But I hope you’ll find the courage to share it with the person you really trust. Asking for help is not a bad thing.

I know you’re struggling with everything that’s happening right now, and it can be hard to see beyond them, but I want you to keep in mind that this struggle shall pass. Your strength and resilience make me proud. I know it’s hard and everything feels insurmountable, but please hold onto the hope that tables will turn. Believe in it, and the time will come that the universe will finally align in your favor. Until then, hold on to hope because brighter days are on their way. Things will be alright.
