possessnism:- A theory of avarice.
#WritcoStoryPrompt47
Write a story based on this famous excerpt from Revival by Stephen King:

He unlocked a door and led me through an office that was empty of furniture, although I could still see square clean patches on the grimy linoleum, where the legs of a desk had once stood. On the wall was a curling calendar with April 1989 showing.
Before printing press was invented there used to be a time books were written by a person putting his sweat to this work.
But , can one think? What was before that when script was not developed and there used to an oral tradition of learning. That time every bit of knowledge[what we today get through a number of books] was given and passed through dialogue and one has to remember. And this last stage [which] I discussed , was termed by early political philosophers like-Thomas Hobbes as sate of nature. In this state or I say the time, today's concept of liberalism, conservativism, socialism etc, were unknown outright. No matter these so called titles were in oblivion but changes took place. But this transformation of society in every stage had one theme in common, [which] was;- Status Quo Ism.
There's sense of stillness in the air of room refer here in the story. Grimy linoleum where a square informs about the table placed there on April 1989. This date and grimy linoleum square strikes clear resembles with the makeovers our society passed through kept its very nature of status-quoist intact. We think, in this time of state of art technology society has developed new phenomena, it's but still a stall can be seen. no matter that today we have achieved the heights Moon and Mars or succeed in catching the frequency from other planets. This act, easily, could be termed as sign of liberalism, which ultimately indicates tansformed society. But it's tweaked staticism under the garb of possessnism.
I hope, I cinched in getting the readers understand my view point.
