People wish to be happy every moment and try to seek it outside whereas all the happy emotions and feelings are within us. For 'Happiness' is actually an emotional state characterized by joy, satisfaction, contentment and fulfillment. Thus, seek for happiness within ourselves. As happy emotions and feelings involve positive emotions and life satisfaction.

Perception of happiness varies with each person. Below are listed some of the happy emotions and feelings of life:

1. When you feel you are living your life the way you wanted.
2. When you are going with the flow and accepting life as it comes.
3. When you feel life is good every moment.

6. When you feel satisfied and content with your life.
7. When you feel positive all the time, keeping negativity away.
8. When you love yourself and thus practice self-care and kindness towards yourself.
9. Feeling grateful and expressing gratitude for your life.
10. When you want to share your happiness with others as well as try to spread happiness around you.

Thus, happy emotions and feelings are embedded within us. They are an overall sense of experiencing more positive emotions than negative emotions. Find them within and experience them!
