We are all distracted. From ourselves. We are constantly creating our lives based on fears, on the illusion that this is “how is meant to be”, uncapable to see all the possibilities around us.

We don t say our truth, because it hurts, but where does the lies took us? Back at the truth. And we felt eliberated. We laughed, cried, we’ve told stories to ourselves in order to hide the littles shiny truths that lived within us. Sometimes we lied so much that even we started to believe it. Why? Because we are confused. We confuse love with attachments, neediness,  sex, we confuse emphaty with sympathy or compassion, and when that happens, we search for distractions and became superficial.Like they can keep u away from it all your life.

You don't want to assume that this is who you are. In every moment of your life. Say sorry to yourself, accept yourself, forgive yourself, love yourself, love your journey and all the songs that you created.
Yes, you are the creator of your own stories. Life is your creation. If you choose to fear, the fear comes and dance with your mind, if u choose to love, the love comes and embraces you.

You create the music of your life. Every note, every beat, every silence that fills the moments with yourself. Music is manifesting itself through silence. Every story of your life is like a song created by you. Was it happiness? Saddness? Excitment? Full of serotonine and adrenaline?Has your inner child smiled?
Remember last time you felt that being high on yourself, because in that moment you felt the present. The NOW.
What lies within you is love. And how can't feel love in the past or future. There are only memories of the lyrics that you continued to repeat or illusions that felt comfortable. Love is in the present. Feel free and let it shine within you!
