Music- The enemy of stress
First of all, what is music? Music is every sound and rythm around you, put into sequential or rythmic beats to sound satisfying.
Music is the biggest pain killer of all times, when you are sad and are not able to think properly, Music comes to rescue.
One big thing about music is that, it immediately relieves pain, if you are sad and you listen to music which you love, it will immediately bring joy and happines to you. This happens because when we listen to music, our brain releases a hormone called the 'dopamine', which is a feel-good chemical, involved in motivation. This chemical is also responsible for our addiction to drugs, gambling or food which also includes Music.
It is scientifically proven that music listners are happier than the average population, which proves that music is a great stress reliever too. When you are mentally tires from doing a work or are usually tired, music can boost you up and get you energetic again. It also satisfies you as if you are frustrated, listening to music calms you down.
Some benefits of Music are:
1. Music helps you relax.
2. Listening to music while exercising gets you more pumped up to workout.
3. Music helps you focus, so listening to music while doing your homework is really beneficial.
4. Music helps you to remember better, so if you listen to music while studying for your exams, you basically have a better chance to pass. It's like a hack for a game.
