Cora had woken up in the hospital after a horrifying night in the swamp being chased, shot at and beaten to death her sister donnajo sat beside her happy that she woke up. Misty, kirk and jameson walked in with smiles even though she was still in a lot of pain it didn't stop her from hugging everyone she then told her family she heard and saw something kill her ex and her ex's family only for donnajo to tell her that there was nothing in the swamp but gators. Hours go by and a nice nurse named kevin comes in to inform that cora needs to rest her family gives her a hug then leaves. The clock has struck two and there's only three nurses working kevin, Hugo and jen while kevin and hugo worked the front desk Jen took control watching the cameras he looked at camera 4 which was the basement of the hospital and saw a figure standing there a strange dark figure and he knew he had to check it out. The basement was cold with only a few light at first he saw nothing when he looked around until he turned around and saw a six foot man in camo pants, black hoodie, boots, gloves and a scarecrow latex mask and in his right hand he was holding a sling blade Jen tried to run but before he could move the scarecrow stuck that blade thru the back of jens head splitting it in half. Mean while in Cora's room she decided to alert one of the nurses to bring her some water which kevin was happy to do she thanked him and said good night cora closed her eyes and had a vision of a man named charlie scarecrow was there to kill her thru all the pain she picks herself up from her bed only to find charlie standing at the end of the hall she then limped as fast as she could to the nearest elevator and pushed the down button as charlie made his way towards her the elevator finally opened and she got away she reaches the first floor hugo was mopping the area and before cora could tell him to to run charlie came up from behind hugo and slit his throat cora saw the stairs to the basement she limped to the door on as charlie was on her tail he then pushed thru the door down the stairs on to the cold concrete floor. Charlie pulled out his blade getting ready to finish her he stood over her cora knew there was no hope she closed her eyes just as he was brought his blade up a lamp came flying hitting charlie in the head knocking him out kevin helped cora up three police officers came up from behind him and arrested charlie. Kevin and cora waited outside to see charlie be put in a a police car only to be told the arresting officers got killed and that charlie scarecrow had escaped.
