Why is it so painful to lose someone who was not even actually yours,

One day he cares about me and the other day im totally being ghosted by him,

He says i love you and i dont feel loved by him,

Sometimes wondering how i got this lucky to find a guy like him and sometimes having only the pain of being ignored by him,

Why is it so painful to lose someone who is not even mine,

Someone i love but makes me feel unloved

Someone with whom i think its all with who i wanna be and next moment being left alone by him

Why is it so hard to love me back when its so easy to be with me
