He hath hurt many, from kicking in doors and sending others crazy. He hath done things that nowadays weigh so heavy, but burnt within his brain these memories he retains. Remembering what he's done, everything that's wrong. From fights won to bar room brawls, gun fights to overdosing nights. Fires roaring to burglary repoing, evil and sinister was his view on many things. Life loss was never bothersome, the world turned with every counted victim. He was muscle used for things unknown, too special to understand he was their gleaming scapegoat. The one to take the fall, the one that gets the blame of all. Though their rules did he follow, never to rat, carry out orders, and don't come back leading trails thick with blood. Imbedded in his mind unable to see, these rules weren't placed to protect him but to protect the higher upon the ladder. Blind to the cause, his life was devoted for those who wouldn't devote a penny for his breath, a nickel for his thoughts or a quarter for his time. If he were caught within the crossfire of their demented lifestyle. Yet, a gentleman he was, one you didn't want to cross or he'd snuff you out like a bug.
Now stuck in time trying to retrain his brain, change what he's become. The love of a woman has begun to help maintain who he truly is and not what he was.
