When heavy rainfall arrives to the ground, I'm sitting in my house corridor and writing my diary. The rainfall remind me the incident that befell in my past. Actually I didn't believe in ghosts or any unearthly incident, but that event still haunts me. Here I'm trying to disclose that.
It was 25 years ago, I was working at a private company. Like all those days, I was returning to my residence alone. But that day was different. I couldn't find any taxi there because of the heavy rainfall. So, I decided to return home by walking. I was alone in the road, taking an umbrella and a torch and still hoping for a taxi. Suddenly I heard a voice that was coming from my backward. I immediately looked at the direction and saw a man standing still and looking straight to me. He was a tall man wearing a black coat and a blue pant. In his head I could see a black hat but I failed to see his face as he was standing his head down. When he was approaching to me, I realized that the voice which made me to look backward was the sound of his boot.
He talked to me,"Are you going to your home?". I replied,"Yes,but who are you?".
He answered in a deep voice,"Myself Alan, I'm also returning home. Well, let's go home together. On the way we get a chance to know each other very well."
On the way we talked a lot of ourselves. Accidentally we reached Alan's house. He told me,"It's not better for you to go home now. You can stay in my house tonight. It's really heavy raining". Because of the raining and my tiredness I decided to stay in his house . After taking a smoothy bath we had supper. It was really delicious. The food was cooked and served by Alan. He was alone in the house. After that he told me,"I think you are tired. So,go to your room and have a sleep". I was too tired to talk anything. I went straight to my room, locked the door and jumped to the bed.
In the midnight,a mighty lightning had broken my sleep. I opened my eyes. I realized my dream had vanished. Suddenly I heard a mystic sound coming just outside my room. I got up from my bed and took my ear to the door almost nearly. Yes, I was right, the sound was coming from outside the door. I ventured to expose the door and see what??
