The least will be the greatest
Once there was three brother's. Their names where Steve, Michael and Ashman the bastard. He was a result of a alleyway intoxicated romance. His mom after given birth wanted to throw him away because she couldn't allow herself to be subjected to the committed demand of a child. Her lifestyle wasn't ideal for that. Upon learning this his father took him; not because he loved him, but he was saving himself from the shameful guilt of one of his seed being thrown out like a piece of garbage. So he reluctantly took him home to the rest of his family. They outright rejected him, so his time there was spent being treated like an outcast - who didn't belong. He was the smallest of his brothers and the least attractive. While the rest got to go to school he had to stay home and attended to the few heads of cattle's his father had. He couldn't read but he taught himself how to count - and he got very good at it. Whenever, dinner was dished he dined alone because he wasn't allowed to dine with the family. His stepmother blatantly enforced that rule, because each time she looked at him she saw the unfaithfulness of her beloved husband. And she hated him deeply - she also thought her sons to hate him. The only sense of love he felt was from an old farmer that he often helped out. He was mistreated in every sense of the word, but against them he never vent or hold any form of resentment. One day after helping out the old farmer he called him to his field and said to him, " Ashman, I don't have much to give, however for the years you've been helping me. I want to give you 75percent of my property, and 30 heads of cattle's. Only promise me to make yourself great and to do good to those who hate you." With a promise Ashman did just that. With the knowledge he gleamed from attended his father herd's, he applied that to his own. Overtime, his herds became so many he had to hired workers who assisted him. With his profits he built slaughter houses and buy trucks. He never stop investing in his ideas until he became the wealthiest herd's man ever known. Of course, his brothers graduated with honors, but they couldn't find work except in their brother's company. So they reluctantly asked their brother if he would hire them - and of course he did; in honoring the old man wishes in showing love to even those who hated him. He made a name for himself without having the opportunity to go to school as he brothers did, but he self-taught himself. His family who once outright rejected him - now look up to him as a source of life lesson's. The smallest among us could one day be the greatest so don't treat no one unjustly, but treat everyone equally. If you make a mistake as Ashman father did, don't treat your child differently - because he/she is innocent to your decisions. Your weakness is the mistake not the child. Be a man/woman and deal with the consequences of your decisions - rather if it was under the influence or not...And love deeply your child.
