My mind raced with bad ideas, the sensation of having him close to me was like a fire pit in the gut of my stomach, my head began to hurt, my feet felt like cument, the butterflies I once had were now gone but something inside me felt like it tugged my soul from the inside knocking me back and I lost my balance. Luckily Alex was their, otherwise I would’ve fallen and landed head first causing some major damage…. Well now that I think about it he would still help me, probably since he’s one of the 5 doctors here. Looking at my blushing he asks, “ you okay?”

“Y-yeah I’m fine can you uhh.. Let me up now?”

“O-oh yeah sorry” he says trying to hide his disappointment for not being able to hold me longer and asks, “ why were you pulling me so quickly and doing your evil giggle..?”

I replied with confidence, “ I wanted you and knowing since there was a breach I would have a certain amount of time before you have to retire to the main building to experiment and check on the sick… A-and I also w-want cuddles” as I blushed from the corner of my eye I saw his mouth turn into a smirk, he laughed and in a sort of high pitched voice and dramatic hand movement he responded with, “ Oh the big bad girl wishes for dear old me to give her cuddles without a single growl or threat of ripping my head off and sticking it on a pike..” He began to cackle until I responded with an evil smile, “ that sounds like a good idea.. Hmm maybe I should try that and see how quiet that mouth can be '' The fear in his eyes made my heart happy, now normally I would’ve pinned him down and sneaked a kiss with my blade to his throat but I decided to be nice for some odd reason. He mumbled something in a low tone kicking the dirt beneath his feet and adjusting his glasses on his nose, “ I’m sorry what was that?” I was curious about his response. It took Alex several minutes to respond as if he was fighting the dryness in his throat, “ I-I said I was just j-joking, don’t tell me you're-actually going to do that to your boyfriend” his voice was soft and dry, he looked at me. His eyes looked like he was fighting back tears, I looked at his hands, they trembled.. I really scared him this time didn’t I.? I took a few steps toward him grabbing his hands and making him look me straight in the eyes, “ I wasn't go to do that unless you hurt me, but I love you but I’m not afraid to kick your ass Mr. Doctor. You can heal people in a wheelchair can’t you?” I batted my eyes and as expected he giggled and forced me into a bear hug until his heart felt better. After a while I pushed him off me and started to walk closer to home when all of a sudden the siren alarm went off meaning everyone got inside NOW!!!...
