Loving myself has been easy
yet hard, beautiful yet messy,
simple yet complicated, gentle
yet harsh.

People call me a trouble maker
just because I returned from
the path they made me walk
on, I started again and they
think that I am way too far
from them, I am a loser in
one sentence but no I am
not.

I know how it feels to be
the one who craves for
love, to be the one who
keeps looking at the door
for answers and in return
they get one more question.
It's sad, being the only one
who waits, who keeps
looking for it, keeps looking
for them but no matter
how sad I feel I need to
feel happiness at the same
pace, I deserve it.

Self-love is the easiest roller
coaster of all, it's been a while
now I sat on the scariest one
that gives nightmare more
than joy, the one I am on
right now gives me chill
but joy too, I am falling
but it is holding me tight.
