Some dreams are meant to come true. But what do you do when your nightmare comes true? Do you run the opposite way or face your fears? These were Mira Clement's musings as the speaker droned on and on about how a greener environment translated to a healthier lifestyle.

Dr. Osei is a professional in his field, an environmental specialist. But his lectures were always too lengthy and boring. His materials were worth studying but giving him a room full of people to address was like a chore for both his audience and himself.
