Dear diary,
Kia came to school today. I didn’t get a chance to speak to him until the lunch break.
Actually, when the break started, I looked over to find him, but he wasn’t there at his desk.
‘What did you get for lunch Sara?’ Rachel asked me. I thought for a moment where Kai could be. ‘ Here, you can have my food’ I said, giving my lunchbox to Rachel and then I rushed out of the class. There was always this place Kai and I would go to, it was this grass field behind the school building. I ran there as fast as I could wondering if Kai would be there…….
I reached, to find Kai sitting down and crying. I ran to him and gave him a hug….after a few moments, he pushed me away. ‘Why are you here again?’ he said in an angry yet sad voice……’I was looking for you’ I replied.
‘You don’t have to do that!’ he said. ‘Why?’ I said.
Kai stood up and started walking, I ran and stood in front of him. ‘Where are you going?’ I asked…..I put my hand on his forehead. ‘Why did you come to school, when you’re not fully recovered?’ I said. He pushed my hand and said ‘why are you doing this?....go show this care to your boyfriend’. I was confused what boyfriend? ‘What the hell are you talking about?’ I asked. ‘That boyfriend of yours!...his name starts with A something’. I smiled and said ‘Is that why you have been ignoring me? You thought I had a boyfriend?’
Suddenly someone shouted at us…..it was a teacher, actually we are not supposed to go behind the school……’ what are you’ll doing here?’ he screamed.
Kai grabbed me by hand and started running……we ran as fast as we could …..and the random turns we took led us to the auditorium. I took a moment to catch some breath and said ‘Are you mad! …we could …have …uh…(taking some more breath)...why did you pull my hand like that…jeez…its pain-’ he came forward and hugged me tightly. I‘ll continue later gotta go
