It was Science period. Their teacher was Miss Betty. Miss Betty was a kind and a civil teacher. She saw that Tim was happy. She asked ‘Tim, are you feeling alright? You're not sitting still.’’ Tim answered ‘‘Quite right Miss Betty! I am excited but I am feeling fine.’’ The bell rang, it was break. Tim was eating potato chips. He saw Lucas coming towards him with a lemonade bottle. Tim asked ‘‘Is that your lunch?’’ ‘‘No I had snacks. Anyways, tell me..’’said Lucas impatiently. Tim said ‘‘ Are you going to stand and listen? Take a seat, it's a long story.’’
‘‘Okay! So yesterday, we went to the woods and can you remember that we went to a passage and I noticed a door.’’ said Tim. Lucas interrupted ‘‘ Wait! Yes but that's nothing to do with us.’’ Tim snapped‘‘Yes it is! Let me explain first, you knew that was a door right? Buttt here comes the main fact. I heard voices...yah I heard and I saw.’’ ‘‘ So tell me what did you see and hear!?’’ Lucas asked ‘‘I heard voices of men speaking and I was able to see them through a small hole and believe me or not, I saw them, I saw two men talking. I mean actually they were talking about capture and...I saw three girls tied in ropes and you won’t believe it. They even were planning their hiding spots. Are you thinking what I am thinking?’’ Asked Tim ‘‘Okay....That sounds weird. Dude, who would talk such stuff and why the hell they need to plan on places they're gonna hide?…’’ said Lucas. ‘‘ THAT’S IT! Who plans hiding spots because they will be captured?’’ asked Tim.
‘‘THIEVES! YES THAT'S IT!’’ said Lucas. Tim gasped ‘‘EXACTLY! THEY ARE THIEVES AND THEY HAVE BEEN KIDNAPPING children who have seen them and won’t let them leave because they know, the secret will be revealed to the people. That means…’’ Lucas said‘ Meansthe stories uncle David said are made up. IT IS ALL FAKE! SO NOW WE HAVE FOUND THE SECRET! What should we do?’’ Tim said ‘‘I have an idea but this will work out only if we both do it together. Meet me at the Millhouse after school at 2:30! Look sharp about it, I want my plan to work out well and the thieves may be arriving at anytime. Promise you won’t tell this to anyone.’’ ‘‘ Promise! I won’t tell a soul and I will be there sharp. Hey! Now it's library period. LET’S GO!’’ said Lucas. And both of them rushed.
