" Life -A tale of happiness and sorrows "
"This story is about a boy named nilanga who was born in a poor family .He was only child for his father and mother. They both worked in a small factory in their home town. They used to earn 2 dollar a day. The working hours is morning 8 am to 10pm at night. He was taken care up by his grandmother who was in her late 80s Nilanga grew up by seeing his mother and father working day and night. At the age of 8 nilanga was enrolled in a kindertaken which was located just half a kilometer near by his town. On the first day of his school nilanja wore a blue shirt and a black trousers.All the children's we're wearing nice shirts and pants but poor nilanja because of his family poor condition was wearing poor quality of clothes. At first day of his he tries to make friends but no one was willing to make friends with him.He felt sad why nobody was willing to talk to him. After when his school was over he immediately ran to his home and asked to his grandma why everyone is not talking to me his grandma replied because we are a poor family and we don't have enough money. This world respects only those who have money".We are people who are cursed to born poor and have no choice but to die poor"
After listening to his grandma nilanja started to think about his future and he said to his grandma that I will study hard to bring my family out of poverty. Since then nilanja kept on focusing on his dreams. He never allowed anyone to shatter his dreams. After 10years of hard work he passed his 10th board exam with 97percent.He then took admission in a reputed college and worked harder to fulfill his dream of giving a good life for his family. He participated in every competition and won prizes. And sooner he was known by all the teacher and students of his college. During his last year exam he was not well. his health deteriorated and was hospitalised. His exams was just a month later. He told to his parents that whatever happens I will write my exams. And after a month he came to his college and wrote his paper. When the results were declared all the college staffs and students we're happy and when nilanja came to see his results he couldn't control his tears. The tears we're pouring out like a river's which flows down the mountains. He was the topper of his district. He called his parents and told them that I had achieved my dream of giving my parents a better life and now I am on the top of the world He said.Ater two months he was appointed as Manager in a reputed company and he bought his new home and car for his family. On that day nilanja said "Each one of us have the potential to achieve our dreams in order to achieve it you needed to believe in yourself ".
