lacy: residents of spring elk island, I have watched over all the great progress and work you have put together, a big family we have stayed caring and truthful to one another however as much of us wish to have a community of friendly faces it can't be that way as some slip from our party to cause pain and suffering on the honourable also breaking into private areas restricted from public eyes, 5 nosey bears have decided to throw their lives away, the one trespasser has fabricated a lie of this private building, we luckily caught in time and he has been punished, as many of you have always followed lines in this town it would pain me so see many more turn negative, 5 bears are still on the run and we will catch them shortly, now many of you have been worried and confused as to my whereabouts around the town have been, right now I can't explain why but in time I will tell you, more measures are being put in place next week, more guards will be on duty around at night so abductions from crazy lacy's guards will be solved very soon

lacy: tom flutters, Shane bade, pix petals, crystal west and lucy oaks if you are here kindly make your way to the front and hang your heads in shame

but no one came forward or was too afraid to, the pressing tone in lacy's voice made everyone freeze on the spot, lacy calmly waited, surveying the bears lacy started to scrunch the left side of the paper now slipping from being cool to turning a little agitated lacy started to laugh this unexpected action caught the crowd off guard

lacy: I have gone so far as to be sympathetic but for felons hiding behind others not wanting to turn themselves in for their dirty crimes IF YOU DO NOT LISTEN TO MY ORDERS THE GUARDS WILL DRAG YOU OUT THEMSELVES AND EXPOSE YOUR FACES TO EVERYONE, YOU CAN COME OUT NICELY OR MAKE A FOOL OF YOURSELF'S IN FRONT OF SPRING ELK!

the bears now at this point we're unable to choke up a sentence, the way lacy changed in seconds from a calm demeanour to an undesirable mood, the guards with no hesitation started to walk up to the crowd, lacy just stood there watching,

lacy: now I do apologise for my sudden outburst and the majority of you are probably not the ones guilty standing here today, but we will still need all you investigated once you are in the clear you continue to resume back to your lives, we do not speak of this private domain again
