Zombie Love
For so long I lived with a zombie, pretending to be a zombie also. I escaped, but I stayed zombie-adjacent. Not quite a zombie, not quite living.
You shook me out of my zombie-like state, exposing raw nerves that are now electric and thrumming, damn you. What really sucks is now I feel addicted to your touch, your eyes, your love. Now I don't just want you, I need you.
I count every minute until you emerge from your trials. Come home.
