The two girls jumped over the hopscotch they had drawn on the curb with white chalk. It was their favourite game and they would be at it for hours. Emilia and Julia were friends since they were three. Now when they were eight, they still were best friends. Emilia wiped her sweat with the edge of her beautiful peach dress that uncle Sam bought for her who returned from Istanbul in the morning.
