( Autumn )
Mom -

"What do you mean?"

Autumn -

"I want you to be there...when I give birth, that's what I mean, you may not want me around... because I'm pregnant, but, I want you to know, I want you to be there," I sighed. "Now that I've told you, I must leave now."

Luna -

"Autumn!" I smiled big.

Autumn -

That small voice from behind me made me jump a little. Luke came out of his house, are eyes met, then, he smiled at me and nodded slowly.

Luke -

"Let's go," I got over to her hand took her hand, I got her down from the steps. "I have called my parents, they are allowing me to marry you," she stared up at me.

Autumn -

He was smiling big. "We are waiting til this damn baby is out Luke! Stop rushing!"

Luke -

We were told we are like an old couple bickering.

Autumn -

I smacked him a couple times, "what have I told you!?"

Luke -

"I know it's just your hormones, so, I'll let it go this time."

Autumn -

I growled at him, and mimicked him.

Luke -

I looked back, her mother was laughing a little.

Autumn -

"Asshole," I crossed my arms.

Luke -

"That's rude," I patted her head, she smacked my hand away.

Autumn -

"I'm not rude!" He got me into the car, I rolled my eyes a bit, but he caught that, a sly grin appeared on his face. I got spankings when I got home, not hard, because of the baby, but, a lot more than spanking happened. Me and Luke didn't want to know the sex of the baby, so, our lucky surprise, would soon come.

Sure enough, my mother didn't want anything to do with me. Me and Luke moved into his house on the other side of my mother's house.

The wind was freezing outside, and ice sickles hung from the roof. "Such pretty colors."

Luke -

Goose bumps spread across Autumn's skin. Cautiously I gave her a blanket, because, the last time I tried giving something to her, she got mad, and tossed it at me.

Autumn -

"Luke, everything is shut down," my voice echoed through the room. He cuddled close to me.

Luke -

"Did...you just..." My words cut off just as Color started groaning in agony.

Autumn -

"I think the genderless baby is ready!" I burst into tears. Luke got up and grabbed his phone, all the roads are blocked, there is no way of going to a hospital any time soon.

Our front door opened letting in a more chill breeze with white sparkly specs of snow.

Mom -

"Anybody home?" My voice echoed through the rooms, it was freezing in here!

Luke -

I tried calling paramedics, but, the snow outside is just to deep for them to even arrive. Autumn started painfully screaming because that baby was definitely on its way. I slipped her underwear off.

Autumn -

I whined a little as I held my breath in.

Luke -

"Breath, don't suffocate yourself," I whispered to her.

Autumn -

"It's too cold in here Luke, I can't..." he nodded.

Luke -

"You can, and will."

Autumn -

I whined some more. His hands grasped my knees, and kept them apart, "have you done this before?"

Luke -

"Once."

Autumn -

My face burned like a wild fire, embarrassment that I was jealous right now. He held my hand and kept telling me to push, and push I did.

Luke -

Autumn was sweating, I grabbed a blanket, small enough for the baby. Autumn's mother randomly came out.

Mom -

I could see it in her face in the low dim light of the candles, pain, and regret.

Luke -

Autumn held her mother's hand, as she did one last push. I smiled a little, as I got the small little girl into my arms, I snipped the cord.

Autumn -

There was silence at first, but then a small cry went through the empty house. "My goodness..."

Luke -

She hit her head hard on the arm of the love seat.

Autumn -

"Next time...don't get me pregnant in summer."

Luke -

I chuckled a little, "it's a girl."

Autumn -

"That's...good..." I whispered.

Mom -

"Autumn...she's very beautiful."

Autumn -

I smiled a little, "that's good." The little crying didn't stop, "she's... probably hungry," I shrugged a little, but I was in pain still, I didn't move, I just sighed. "Luke I can't move," I closed my eyes a bit, "I'm...just really tired..."

Luke -

"But..."

Autumn -

"I'll wake up," I closed my mind, letting dreams color throughout my head.

Luke -

"She's not going to wake up any time soon," she was freezing, I pulled up her blanket onto her.

Autumn loved the little bundle of joy, named her Fall.

Autumn -

Mom is over a lot now, something wasn't right though.

Luke -

Her eyes stared out into the distance of the forest.

Autumn -

Playing in my ear, is a tune.

Luke -

I took my wife's hand into mine. "Love, what is it you see?"

Autumn -

"I...am unsure."

Luke -

Her voice was crushed a little, still haven't recovered from screaming a couple nights ago, the bags under her eyes from exhaustion, and a ghost-white completion.

Autumn -

"I...had a thought..."

Luke -

She crossed her arms.

Autumn -

"What if...my father is still alive?" Luke frowned when I said that. He gave me a reassurance that he is not alive, he worried for me, I could tell, his face was yearning for me to stop feeling all this sadness. Fall makes me happy, but I can't help but think, what exactly, would have happened if I never arrived into this town.

Mom -

"Autumn," I whispered. Her eyes crossed over to mine. "I can't get her to calm down," the little tears kept flying every where.

Autumn -

Once in my arms, the tears slowly stopped dripping all over, I smiled at her. A warm kiss was placed on Fall's forehead. "There, is your grandma being mean?" A shocked expression took place on my mother's face.

Luke -

"Cold! You have a cold!" She was sniffling a little. Autumn denied that she was unwell.

Autumn -

"Perfectly okay."

Luke -

"Your not okay," sneezing followed after I said that. Her mother was also worried now, she's been like this for two days, roads are still covered in snow.

Autumn -

"I said I'm good, you don't believe me, then I don't care."

Luke -

"Fine."

Autumn -

He's not going to give up. I cocked my head to the side.

Luke -

"What?"

Autumn -

"Shut your mouth, I haven't had a decent damn sleep, and your curious to why I'm not feeling well!? It doesn't help that I have been working my ass off with Fall! While you sleep!"

Mom -

I sighed. "You two argue like a married couple," they went silent, and walked far away from each other.

Autumn -

She doesn't know we married a couple days ago, but, it's her fault, she didn't want to be apart of my life when I was pregnant.

Mom -

"You...two...are acting strange now," their shameful looks on their faces were enough to know.

Autumn -

"We...are married..."

Mom -

"What!?"

Autumn -

"You didn't care anymore about me! I married Luke! Right now we are on our honeymoon away from the castle!" Her silence proved that she was crying.

Mom -

"I did to care," I whispered.

Autumn -

"Tuff," I smiled a little.

Mom -

"You are a royal pain."

Autumn -

"Thank you."

Mom -

I sighed. "Respect your elder," I blurted back to her. She giggled.

Autumn -

"Respect, I don't give it to people that ask for it."

Luke -

Things were getting heated.

Autumn -

Her fist clenched up a bit. "I'll give you respect, when you stop asking."

Mom -

"Honey, I birthed you," my eyes roamed over her nasty look on her face. "I didn't raise you, but I did birth you, so, don't argue with me."

Autumn -

"Birthed me doesn't count old lady," she let out a gasp.

Mom -

"I'm not old!" I pointed at her. "Older, and wiser is what I am! Your wrinkles aren't showing yet!"

Autumn -

"No, and not for a while," I smirked.

Luke -

They both bickered back and forth, arguing with passion, until finally, they quiet and let the silence fill the empty house once again.

Autumn -

My thinking is wrong, I do need to show respect. I turned my head a bit and looked at her saddened face, her glasses on the tip of her nose, and her eyes pictured perfect of a rainy day. "Your right."

Mom -

"What?"

Autumn -

"I do need respect," her lips curled into a little smile of victory. "I love you," I whispered.

Luke -

They both made peace for two days!
