New Mexico Spaghetti 🥘🌶️
This Is Not A Quick Recipe. If you
have a day to dedicate, this is for
you! 👌 You could get it all prepared
and cook on low all day while you are
at work in a Crock Pot. A standard
pot will need to be stirred. 🥄


[MEATS]

** 1 lb. Of Bison. (Buffalo Meat). 🦬
** 1 lb. Of 7% fat, Ground Beef. 🐂
(I use grass fed, organic beef).
** 1 lb. Of a Spicy Turkey Sausage. 🦃
(Can substitute for Pork). 🐖

[TOMATO PRODUCTS]

** About 25 Tomatoes 🍅
Completely crushed and
Pulverized.
(Use a Blender)
** 5 - Stewed Tomatoes. 🍅
(Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.).
** 3 - Tomatoes Diced. 🍅
** 2 - 12 oz. Cans of Tomato Paste 🥫
(I use Hunts Products if I
substitute. Any quality tomato
Sauce will do, I just prefer as
fresh and organic as possible).
** 1 lb. Can of RO⭐TEL Diced tomatoes
and green chilies.

[PEPPERS & VEGGIES]

1 - Bulb of fresh Garlic, Minced. 🧄
5 - Jalapeno Peppers Minced.
2 - Serrano Peppers Minced.
2 - Package of sliced Portabello
mushrooms. 🍄
1 - 12oz. Can of sliced olives.
1/4 of 1 Yellow Onion, Diced. 🧅
1/4 of 1 White Onion, Diced.

[SPICES & OILS]

1 Tbs. Garlic Powder.
1 tsp. Garlic Salt.
1 tsp. Salt. 🧂
1 Tbs. Peppercorn Medley or
just Black Pepper.
2 Tbs. Unbleached granulated
Sugar.
2 Tbs. Italian Seasonings. ( Basil,
Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage
& Thyme).
6 - 8 Bay Leaves.
1 Tbs. Oregano.
1 Tbs. Dried Parsley.
1 Tbs. Onion Powder.
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper.
1/2 tsp. Tumeric.
2 Tbs. Citric Acid.
( Lemon juice, Lime juice).
1 Tbs. Sesame Oil.
2 Tbs. Olive Oil.
(Seasonings can slightly vary per taste)

[INSTRUCTIONS]

In large skillet, brown the Bison
then remove. Set aside. Brown the
Beef, remove. Set aside. Brown
the sausage.

Combine all Tomato products into
large pot or Crock Pot with meats.
Add veggies, peppers, seasonings,
and oils.
🌡️Cook on low, stirring every half hour
for at least 4 Hours. 🕛🕓 ( The longer
The Better).

[Spaghetti Noodles]

I use Allegra Wheat or Heartland
noodles, but choose upon availability.
not bleached flour noodles, but it is
your option. Add 1/4 Cup of Olive
Oil to water with 1 tsp. Of Salt.
Boil 2 Lbs. of Noodles for up to
11 - 15 minutes for 'Al Dente',
(firm to the bite), or up to 25
minutes for softer noodles.
(They should not stick to the molars
upon sample).

** GARLIC BREAD 🧄🥖

2 Sticks of Organic Butter. 🧈
(Please don't use Margarine 😖)
6 Cloves of Garlic, Minced.
1 Tbs. Of Parsley.

Melt combined ingredients in
saucepan or microwave,
then let it gel a little. Spread
Generously over Sour Dough or
French Bread loaf, cut in half.
Make 3 hash marks across each
half for absorption.
Broil at 🌡️ 350° Degrees F. For 5 Min. ⏲️
Or until golden colored on top.
Do not overcook, bread will become hard.

😃 Serve with Organic Romano/
Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle some
fresh Basil and a few Parsley snips! 😍
