Vignesh looked forlorn and guiltily at the corpse of the inspector, swearing revenge as he once again glanced at the message left by the depraved killer.
“Prepare for more. With this sacrifice, I’ve become the pivotal force. Now I’ve turned around completely and you shall also follow me. Follow the pivot. Follow me. I am the Pivot!”.
On being summoned by the forensics, he deleted the message and pocketed the phone.
Walking over to the Forensic examiner he heard whatever he’d to tell and then he moved on to survey the crime scene.
He looked sadly at the Inspector’s face. Then he felt anger. Rising, tormenting anger and a deep guilt.
“I’m gonna catch the son of a bitch.” Vignesh cursed to himself as he stormed off to a nearby Police Cruiser and sat, contemplating his next move.
Further away, down where the police had blocked the road, a man in a joggers tracksuit and jacket watched in silence as the Police went about their job.
He too was planning something, but it relied more in the sinister realms. Before leaving he took out his phone and pressed a send button, which would give most of the media houses a particular video, one that would interest many and shock scores. He smiled and walked away, melting into the darkness.
