Dealing with your own Emotions
Anxiety-was a lot of people was experience it and it was a normal because were just a human we live a imperfect world so our life was fill of worried,stress,nervousness and depressed even in the right things was never to be done even when your battling a mental health you can experience higher anxiety all the time you can felt panic attacks when things was reminder and it is better to be cured,
but those normal people who can experience a anxiety,they felt so worried,stress,and afraid a lot of time even they can experience it in home,work or school.sometimes thwy made a lot mistakes in life like failures,or once they will give ul everything,they deals so much insecure,numb or thinking anytime

dont lose about everything,you need to step forward and focus to the things once you have done
try to have stress management all the time,and rest for a while so that you can relieve your own anxiey in the right path.dont think to much once you have a figure out to failed
learn to deal your own weakness and look for a brighten side once you have lost.
