the game is called reality it's really a top notch fantasy explorer you can go anywhere you can see anything the graphics are so real it's just like reality. Hence the name
it all started off harmless enough after the ozone layer fell and we had to put the polarized heat shields on our houses we didn't have a lot to keep us occupied then came reality one day I was on the computer doing some studying when I came across an ad it was almost holographic in nature and it sported a gaming system that was supposed to be a completely new completely immersive experience it looked really cool and I was excited for it.

soon after it was on the trucks heading for what homes where left in this brave new world. I heard the door bell at approximately four thirty,
I rush to the door and throw it open say thank you to the essential worker that is risking his very well being just to do his job
I say thank you to him my skin already burning from the harsh temperature I also am having trouble breathing because of all the poison particulates in the air there is even lead in the air we didn't know what we where doing when we didn't advance cars when science was ready.
I drag the box into the house on a dolly me and my father open the box we can't believe our eyes this thing is nice it can simulate any touch it can simulate any smell and it can turn all your bad times into good times. and we are satisfied customers the first game a title called hiro it features a very impressive avatar creation system after creating it I am blown away by all the people playing like they are children I feel stupid at first but I slowly get aqauinted with it. after that I play a game called dark featuring some of the most terrifying things I have ever seen in my life. that was how it began my love affair with reality well it's been a long time since then and I will have to give you this update from inside my upgraded reality rig.
you see when people started getting feeding tubes put in so they could eat the food in the game it's basically nutrition paste but the games tounge sensor brain computer interface let's you taste any flavor you can dream of when people started putting them in I got scared. But eventually I put one in too I couldn't resist not knowing what food that looked that good tasted like

then came the next upgrade it was a full bodily waste elimination system. You hook yourself up to it and then you don't have to leave game to do anything, all your needs are met right there as long as the tubes stay properly functioning you could stay in reality for a long time. people said it was wrong that reality was becoming just that some people listened but the majority just kept upgrading.
well it's been a long time since the upgrades that tied us to our machines we still can't go outside not until we figure out how to get a new ozone layer up so we are constantly riding wave after wave of pleasure in reality we spend all our currency eating enjoying pleasure or gaming.
they always talk about the nursing home in the games now they say and just when you thought it was over there's another life retire from your busy active lifestyle and take it easy for a while.
what they don't tell you is that when you get out of reality and it's been thirty forty fifty years since you have been outside the machine that your body is completely trashed then they send you to the nursing home. most people at this point are completely horrified at what has happened to their bodies the first time my father got out after a long time before he went to the nursing home he said what happened to me he said I played the game well I paid my dues why is my body destroyed I thought this machine was supposed to nurish me.

I said it did nurish you dad just didn't give you much excercise after that my father went to the nursing home and took medicine and watched television until he passed away I stay in reality even though I know what it's doing to me I hate being inside this house all day alone I cherish reality but I also fear it. someday this nightmare will be over or maybe it won't be maybe the reality rig is the devil himself in a different body and he tricks us and fools us into destroying ourselves
