About burst of cooker while cooking
After my 10 finished I decided to work one of hotels in Goa so had my interview in one of the hotel in candolim by the name hyatt centric
So they took my interview once my interview finished their hr told me about my job in training course
that to in engeenering for about 3years with accomidation of food and provided
Uniform and weekly off too
Then I got the joining date from 1st of August 2017 to 2020 of August
I was very happy to get such nice job in the 5star hotel which was big
So I started working on my first day
We had a meeting for the new comers who have just joined the specialized work or training in hotel
In the training we got to know about our pledges of our hotel to learn and to keep in our mind and also they thought us about the good habits
Then we had got to see all the managers of the hotel all the managers told us about their departments work task and other information like eg name designation etc and some information about their departments and the hr of the hotel told us that there are some values of our hotel you all must know that then we met each other we said about our self some information and we played games and had a good time I enjoyed a lot.
After joining my duty my manager told me to introduce about my self so I told my name is nikhil dsilva iam 18yrs old and I am from goa
I stay in assagao .
Then all my team members also introduced about their self work experience etc.
After that we had total 10 members in our team and we had manager
Asst manager and 2 team leaders
To guide us about our daily work schedule from 9.00am to 6.00pm
That was my timing of work given from the hotel till my training finished for 3years. Every day before my work I should have meting about my work target given by our team leader .
So from 9.00am to 11.00am I should finish my work given by my team leader of rooms that are arival, vaccant and departure rooms and dirty room etc. Every morning I should check the ac filter is cleaned or not and the clock if time is to be set and check water is coming or not both hot and cold and apply silicorn where needed like this I should check some things if I know that work I used to do and if I don't know I used to inform my team member means who is senior person in our team. we had lunch break from 12.30am to 1.30 am
You know one thing I should go to eat lunch at 12.30 my others members used to tell me that you are leaving us and eating food I used to tell them that I am feeling very hungry then they also used to come to have with me and I started to talk with them they also spoke with me and I enjoyed talking with my team members and we used to laugh while eating and crack sone jokes among us so I enjoyed a lot
So after my lunch break we would have a small meeting or briefing among our manager and all of us about our daily work that was given by our team leaders so each and every one used to tell their work what they have done from morning to afternoon time. So after my
Briefing they used to give another work before going home with others to know about that work and to get some knowledge from it so as the time passed I should be waiting for my time to get over to go home
Early before 6.00pm like 5.30 pm because I used to go by bus so before going I should inform one of the team leader that I am going home now so that they may know I went . So the bus came I used to travel through kadamba bus from candolim to my destination till I reach assagao it was nice traveling in bus I made new friends in bus and it was good. Before going in bus there was one lady who used to work other side in villa she also was coming with me in the same bus but before going she would bring some thing to eat and even one time se gave me a new shirt It was guiet interesting the shirt was very nice I liked it she was such a good lady even she used to pay our traveling...
