Corruption is paid by the Poor
Pope Francis is, indeed, right in his wise words that "corruption is paid by the poor". Corruption is a social menace which is known in the human thousand years history. Greed of the wealth, reputation, and fame, unfortunately, make human beings to commit this loathsome sin. Ultimately, the poor bear the brunt of this by having poor health facilities, fragile education services, broken infrastructure and income inequality. How can this be curbed? It will not be possible by turning poor into the wealthy but by justice.
