Bevereng is a village in Belgium. In 1932, the Blessed Virgin appeared there and said “I will convert sinners. That place has grown into a Mariabhakti center today. Many people have visited there and converted. The most important of them is that of the editor of the Communist newspaper Red Flag. He was imprisoned by the Nazis during World War II. Life is in danger. He immediately remembered the Blessed Virgin. He promised that if he was freed, he would surrender to the true faith. He was freed. But he was reluctant to accept the faith. In 1945 he made a pilgrimage to Bevereng without much faith. Standing before the image of the Holy Virgin as a mere spectator, he suddenly knelt down with the devotees. He received a divine vision that the Holy Virgin was going to do great things to the world through him. He had a complete transformation. He is the founder of the Legion of Mary in Belgium.
