One day there was a little lamb. Her name was Annie, and she loved to play with the rabbits of which lived on the same farm. Annie decided to ask her mother if she could go out to play with the rabbits. Her mother explained how the rabbits family had moved far away, for the farmer sold the rabbits to a farm out of state. Annie was upset for she had no other friends, she was the only lamb on the farm. The next day Annie went for a stroll along the tiny river with the farmers daughter, Abigail. Once they got half way down the river, they had noticed a bottle with a tiny piece of paper inside. The bottle was floating down the river fast, so Abigale quickly got down on her knees and reached for the bottle. As soon as she got a grip of the small bottle, she went to sit against the oak tree next to the river. Annie sat right beside Abigail, waiting for her to open the bottle. Abigail got to note out and read aloud,

Dear Annie,

We all miss you very dearly! We wanted to let you know that even if our familys are apart, we will never stop writing to you all! Talk to you soon!

Love, the Rabbits.

Annie's heart was filled with such joy knowing she will never loose her friends.
