Scars
To everyone who suffered domestic abuse or violence. To everyone who suffered any sort of other violence. Who suffered accidents or other traumatic experiences. To everyone who suffers from PTSD.

To often we, who never suffered, forget that abuse is damaging and the aftermath stays permamnet for the rest of the life and scars never heal.

But your scars are nothing you should be ashamed or holded back by. You scars tell a story of surrival a story of overcoming a story of victory. People and even life tried to break you, but they failed. Cause you are still here, stronger than before. It's true when they say, the strongest hearts have the most scars. You are strong like a Lion or a Sibirian Tiger. Your scars are someone else's hope. And you are loved the way you are. In Japan they never throw away broken vessels, but fill the broken parts with gold. And the broken vessel is not seen as a damaged one. But the broken parts are seen as part of the vessels story and thats why the vessel gets an even higher worth.

For now I wish you people. Who will not try to help you to forget what happened. But most of all people who will hold your hand when every you need it and will share the pain and trauma together with you.
You are strong. Keep on living.
