As we all know that humans are social beings , we make lot' of connections .
We make friends , have family & partners
including ex's etc. These connections make an energetic chord attachment with people whom we have close relationship with. It's very important to clear & cut certain energetic chords especially in love relationships from ex's and even be careful with whom we make this cosmic chord with . These energetic chords are formed by emotional attachment & even with physical intimacy . Sometimes we come in contact with people who energy vampires & unknowingly we make an energetic connection with them , this results in draining of our mental & physical energy unknowingly. Usually these energy vampire are narcissistic personalities and manipulative people whom we come in contact with & they can be in the form of lover or friend or anyone for that matter . If you really find yourself surrounded by any toxic person or you are in any toxic relationship , it's really important to protect your energy and do cosmic chord cutting . You can do this simply by meditation and asking help from God or else you can do some cleansing rituals to clear your energy field . As these toxic people often send us negative energy & it's easy for it to get into our energy field because of energetic chord we share with that perticular person . This also affects our chakras , hence blocking them , leading to confusion and negative thought patterns unknowingly & draining our energy . So it's really important for us to clear our energy field especially when we move on from such individuals & do some chakra healing meditation to bring them in balance. As once we cut these chords we can move on faster to the next stage of life ,without staying stuck or blocked from our material success as well emotional well-being & besides that forgiveness is the first step to move on .
